Scott is a graduate of the University of Washington, and an honors graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School. He has over fifteen years of experience as an attorney and has represented persons at every stage of a criminal case, including over 100 jury trials. Scott also serves as a Pro Tem judge and is an Adjunct Professor in the Law and Justice Program at Central Washington University. Moi is a 1992 graduate of Washington State University where he received a degree in Criminal Justice. After graduation, Moi worked as a court clerk for four and one-half years. He then enrolled in and successfully completed the Washington Bar Association's Rule Six Program. Moi has over five years of experience in the criminal justice system, including one and one-half years representing person charges with crimes. In that capacity, Moi has represented persons at every stage of the a criminal proceeding, including over 20 jury trials. .
